The Allergy & Asthma Clinic is excited to announce the launch of our secure Patient Portal through Intelligent Medical Software, our electronic records management system!
With the Patient Portal you will be able to:
Monitor your health care more closely
View portions of your medical record, including most test results, diagnoses, medications and immunizations
Send secure messages to your health care team
Submit requests to update your medication and allergy lists
Request appointments and view upcoming appointments
View a summary of your visits and post- appointment instructions
Why is The Allergy & Asthma Clinic implementing a secure Patient Portal?
A secure Patient Portal provides our patients convenient access to communicate with our physicians and medical care team supporting a more coordinated, informed approach to care. In addition, this system allows patients to have access to portions of their medical record through a secure website and the opportunity to be an active partner in their health care.
Guidelines for using the Patient Portal
If there is an emergency need for communication, please call 911. If the issue is urgent, but not emergent, please call our office immediately at (650)343-4597.
Please keep in mind that prescription refill requests may take 24-48 hours to be processed.
We will respond to non-urgent messages within 1-2 business days.
All communication will be included in your medical record.
Our system will inform us when your message is viewed.
A Patient Portal Consent Form must be signed and returned to The Allergy & Asthma Clinic before you can begin use of the portal.
To access this convenient new feature, patients will need to request log in information from the Clinic staff. Patients can call our office to request access or inquire during their next appointment.
